Ocean views that will keep you in awe as you stroll along Shoreline Park boardwalk in Long Beach. You can see the ocean all along the race course. And yes, you can mix the race distances as long as you complete all three race dates.

Great, you can still register for the remaining races in the series individually and the system will automatically add you to the series roster so you can get your series finisher medal.
This event is our way of building awareness of the health benefits of HEMP and related products while having fun in the sun running, walking or jogging. Hemp is legal in all 50 states in the US
Mary Jane mile : Yes the Mary Jane mile is actually one mile chip timed course for beginners to speeders alike. Set a new land speed record, jog with friends or walk the entire mile that's cool too. We just want you to come join the fun!
Weekend warriors / Beginners / walkers: Yes, very walker friendly courses, mostly flat, plenty of water stations, and loads of fun! all levels of fitness are welcome at our events.
Middle of the pack runners: Great courses for a new PR (personal record) this year. Mostly flat courses, plenty of room to make your move towards your PR
Elite and Advanced runners: Mostly flat courses and a great way to test your speed.
All Runners will receive: Finisher medal, premium sublimated tech shirt, Re-usable tote bag
Awards: Top 3 overall M/F in each race - Special Award Top 3 each age group M/F - ALL RACE DISTANCES

No disposable cups at this event
Why are there no disposable cups at the water stations you may ask?
Safety of runners and volunteers:
We want to ensure the safety of all runners and volunteers by removing the urge to chase after a wayward cup into traffic.
Environmentally Sound Practice:
In an average year we would have used over 60,000 cups that cannot be recycled. And littering is just not cool.
Healthier:
Our foot pedal unit allows runners to dispense their own water hands free at 10oz per second and away you go.
We have a great option if you forgot your own cup:
You can buy a reusable cup for $3 at packet pickup or race day check-in.
What is a USATF-Certified Course?
A USATF-certified course is a road race course whose distance has been certified for accuracy.
Courses must be certified for any road running performance to be accepted as a record or to be nationally ranked. Furthermore, running a race on a certified course allows you to accurately compare your time to performances run on other certified courses because you can be sure the distances were the same. No one can truly establish a personal best if the course distance is not accurate.
